FLAMES OF LOVE is the third book in the Remington series and I have to say, it's my favorite so far. Melissa Foster created the perfect match for quirky super model, Siena Remington, when she created Cash Ryder. He was an uber hot, alpha firefighter with a soft squishy center who could equally exacerbate Siena and sweep her off her feet.
Siena and Cash meet when he rescues her during a snow storm. They may have ended that first night somewhat hostile towards each other, they discovered on a subsequent meeting that part of what draws them together is the bicker (or bantering as Siena likes to call it). It's part of who they are as a couple. They push and pull each other, but it's done in a way that can be fun, flirty but equally as a way to talk out their issue. Cash and Siena bring a balance to each others lives (he always being prepared and she showing him how to let loose), which helps them both when their day jobs try to overtake their lives.
This was one of those books that was just fun to read. The characters were fun and the storyline moved at a pace that made me want to keep reading. As with the other books in the series, the Remington siblings play a big role in the "focus" character's life. This time we get to see just how protective the brothers are of their little sister and how welcoming they can be when they know the man their sister has fallen for is just like them.
If you haven't picked up a Melissa Foster book, this is a great one to read. Despite being number three in the series, it can be read as a stand alone and it's an awesome way to get introduced to the Remington clan.
